Group Building Use Request-Response Form
Once you have contacted the office about lodging at MABC and the dates have been added to the church calendar please fill out and submit this form. This gives us the details of your trip so we can schedule the rooms and someone to meet you to provide a walk through of the facility. Upon arrival before unloading your MABC Staff Sponsor to meet you, give you a tour of the facility, answer any questions and provide you lock codes that will allow access to your assigned areas of the building.
- The rate to stay overnight at our facility is $15 per night/per person. This is used to cover custodial and utility costs. We can host a maximum of 100 individuals. Due to space constraints, this works out to be 80 Students and 20 Adults.
- There is a refundable $500 damage deposit fee. Excessive custodial time or actual damages will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any damages that exceed the damage deposit will be expected to be covered by your church.[Please make the deposit check out to Mississippi Avenue Baptist Church and note Group Lodging in the memo. - There will be a $125 additional fee if a fire alarm is activated or a fire extinguisher is discharged for any reason other than an actual emergency. This fee offsets those expenses charged to MABC for non-emergency dispatch of fire personnel and recharging of extinguishers and will be taken out of your damage deposit.
- Please understand that we are a very active church and we potentially use most of our facility every day.
